Our return policy is good for 40 days. The 40 days starts the day that you place your order. If 40 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping packaging.
We offer free return shipping labels to customers that have had their art shipped to an address in the lower 48 states of the USA. Unfortunately Alaska and Hawaii will need to provide their own shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
In order to be eligible for a refund, the art must arrive undamaged. If the art is damaged during shipping, it will not be eligible for a refund. Make sure you pack it carefully!
Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, we will notify you via email that it’s arrived and will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then you’ll be refunded via your original method of payment. This can take 1-5 business days, depending upon which payment method you used.
Wood is an organic materials and as such, can vary quite a bit in color, grain, and other aspects. Some pieces of wood have knots, some do not. As such, pieces are not available for a refund on the basis of disliking the appearance of the wood used in their construction.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If 5 business days have gone by and you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. If you’ve tried both those steps and there’s no word of your refund, please contact us.
Blackfish Crafts is not responsible for any pieces stolen or lost in the mailing process. We can assist you with the process of filing a claim with the appropriate party if this does occur. If you believe that your delivery was stolen or lost, please let us know and we will assist in whatever way we can.
